A Builder's Builder...

Brent Pruett of Pruett Homes LLC has been building quality homes since 1980. Pruett Homes has built all ranges of homes and some commercial. Currently, Pruett Homes is building luxury homes in the Grand Junction, Colorado area where Pruett is also the builder/developer of the Renaissance in the Redlands. Brent has also built homes in Sarasota, Florida and New Mexico. He currently holds contractor licenses' in all 3 states. Pillar of Excellence

"If there isn't a new way to do it"- invent one! In 1989, Brent received a patent for a concrete column form (Example to the right). Since then, he has used these load bearing poured-in-place concrete columns on many of his homes. He has also developed other uses for decorative concrete, such as fireplace elevations and exterior details…a trademark of the kind of Mediterranean architecture you will see that Pruett Homes specializes in.

A Family Affair...

Pruett Homes is a family business with Brent as custom homebuilder, in house design and sales. Brent is a Florida native. He started in the construction business when he was in high school, doing structural concrete work on several high-rise buildings in St. Petersburg and Tampa. He was always doing woodworking-as far back as junior high and even built some furniture early on. Brent attended Georgia Tech and graduated from Westmont College in California earning a degree in sociology. He headed to Colorado with a friend who was determined to build a boys ranch in the mountains when Brent decided to start his own construction company.

Extraordinary Home Designs and Quality Construction

Brent is married and has 2 children, all Colorado natives. His wife, Julie, tends to the bookkeeping, while son, Joe, designed the Pruett Homes web site. In addition as part of the team is Brent's daughter, Ashlee, who specializes in sales. Just as growth is a natural part of a family, Pruett Homes offers years of building expertise and quality. Pruett Homes LLC is a member, in good standing, of the Home Builders Association of Northwestern Colorado and the National Association of Home Builders.
